MERCEDES BRABUS 

The company began with Bodo Buchmann wanting to customise his cars. Finally discover most existing customizers cannot grasp his vision or meet his requirements.

Lastly, he decided to start his own brand. Furthermore he decide to start his own brand, Brabus GmbH was originally registered in 1977 in West Germany with Buchmann’s friend Klaus Brackman, because German law required a company must be established with at least two people.

Moreover, the company name was derived from the first three characters of the founders’ surnames (Brackman, Buchmann). In addition, Brackman don’t show interests in modifying vehicles or running a business and he sold his company shares to Buchmann for 100 euros.

Finally, Brabus start building its third factory in Bottrop.

MERCEDES BRABUS OPERATIONS

Brabus’s primary focus is to achieve maximum car performance, as a result to increase of horsepower and movement.

Customers ordering a car directly involves Brabus purchasing a particular model from Mercedes and then modifying it according to the customer’s requests.
